About us
Projecto PRO helps clients navigate the entire process of preparing a construction project, from the initial idea to obtaining the building project permit.
We specialise in coordinating all the experts, materials and documents required for submitting an application to the building authority. Our goal is that the client does not have to study complex legislation, search for individual specialists or deal with the authorities. We coordinate all the necessary steps on their behalf.
We cooperate with designers, surveyors, hydrogeologists and other experts who prepare the individual parts of the project documentation. We coordinate geodetic surveys, hydrogeological and engineering-geological surveys, radon surveys, project documentation, utility connections, wells, wastewater treatment plants and any other materials needed for the building permit.
Throughout the whole process the client has a single point of contact. We keep them continuously informed about the project status, coordinate communication between all parties involved and address the requirements of the building authority so that the entire process runs as efficiently as possible.
Once all the necessary materials are compiled, we prepare and submit the application for project approval and represent the client in communication with the building authority until the decision is issued.
Our main role ends with obtaining the building permit. However, we can also assist clients in subsequent project phases, for example with changes before completion of the construction, providing additional documentation or preparing materials for final approval (kolaudace).
