Hydrogeological and other surveys

Surveys are the groundwork without which the architect cannot found the house correctly and the authority cannot assess the application. We arrange them in the right order and scope.

Which surveys a build usually needs

A hydrogeological report covers the groundwater level and the possibility of infiltrating rainwater, or the conditions for a drilled well or a wastewater treatment plant. A geotechnical survey describes the subsoil and its bearing capacity for the foundations. A radon survey sets the plot's radon index, which determines the insulation requirements. Depending on the site and the project, further reports may be needed, for example for rainwater drainage or for specific authorities.

    How arranging surveys works

After the first consultation we determine which surveys your plot really needs and arrange licensed specialists we work with long term. We coordinate the measurement dates on site, the hand-over of results to the architect and the incorporation of the findings into the documentation. Reports are billed directly by the specialist; our role is coordination and making sure the documents tie together.

Why not handle them one by one

A survey ordered late delays the architect; a survey ordered unnecessarily costs money. When a single point of contact knows what the project requires, the surveys happen together and at the right time.

    Questions about this service

    Is a survey mandatory?

The radon survey is required in practically every case; the others depend on the project, the subsoil and the authority's requirements. We determine which are needed at the consultation.

    Who carries out the survey?

Licensed specialists – a hydrogeologist, a geologist, a measuring company. Projecto PRO arranges and coordinates them; we do not measure ourselves.
