Without connections there is no house. We coordinate the negotiations with distributors, the connection designs and the alternatives where the networks do not reach.
Each network has its own operator and its own procedure: an application for electricity connection with the distributor, a water supply and sewage agreement with the water utility, or a gas connection. Every connection needs a design, the operator's consent and often the consent of owners of the land it crosses. Where there is no public network, a drilled well, a domestic wastewater treatment plant or a cesspit comes in – each with its own permit procedure.
First we find out which networks are within reach and on what terms you can connect. We file the applications with the distributors, arrange an architect for the connection designs and obtain the statements of all network operators and authorities. We incorporate the results into the permit documentation so the connections are permitted together with the house, not afterwards.
We also watch the details that are easy to miss: reserved power for a heat pump or car charging, sewer capacity, or planned municipal investments that may change what pays off.
